- What does the monthly price include?
- Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, then a monthly subscription billed in Shopify. New orders that first enter Orderflow during the billing period are included up to the plan allowance.
- What happens in a busy month?
- Orderflow keeps running. Additional new orders are billed at the per-order rate for your plan.
- What counts as an order?
- A new order that first enters Orderflow during the current Shopify billing period. Historical imports, opening an order, proofs, emails, and status changes do not count again.
- Who bills the subscription?
- Shopify. Plan selection and charges happen in Shopify, not on a separate Orderflow checkout page.
- Can we add teammates?
- Starter is the Shopify owner only. Growth includes up to 3 team seats. Pro includes up to 10.
