Orstrax Orderflow
Terms of Service
Orstrax Orderflow is a Shopify app owned and operated by Orstrax LLC. These terms cover use of Orderflow at orderflow.orstrax.io (orders.orstrax.io redirects here). They do not replace Shopify’s terms or the company website terms at orstrax.com/terms. Privacy is described in the Privacy Policy.
The service
Merchants install Orderflow from Shopify and authorize the access scopes shown during install. The app is a workspace for order workflow after checkout: custom statuses, message templates, proofs, information requests, storefront lookup, automations, and team seats on paid plans. Shopify remains a separate service.
Accounts and authorized users
The Shopify store owner who installs the app is responsible for the merchant account. Invited teammates may sign in with email. You are responsible for who you invite and for how they use the app.
Billing
Subscription charges are billed through Shopify Managed Pricing when connected. Orderflow enforces plan entitlements such as monthly order allowance, storage, and extra team seats. Plan changes happen in Shopify.
Acceptable use and data
Use Orderflow only for the store that installed it and only in ways that comply with Shopify’s rules and applicable law. You are responsible for customer communications you send and for the lawfulness of customer data you process. Orderflow stores shop and order information Shopify shares with the app, plus workflow data you create (statuses, notes, proofs, uploads, and templates).
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the data-protection agreement for Orderflow. Orstrax processes Shopify customer data as a processor for the installing merchant, only to provide Orderflow, and only for the store that granted access. Transfer is over TLS to Google Firebase / Google Cloud and Vercel. Retention, redaction, and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. Each party will cooperate on reasonable data-protection requests, including Shopify mandatory webhooks.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Termination
You may stop using Orderflow by uninstalling it from Shopify. Uninstall revokes API access. It does not automatically delete stored order history, so a later reinstall can keep existing workflow data. Shopify customer and shop redaction webhooks remove customer fields when Shopify sends those requests. We may suspend access for abuse or unpaid charges.
Intellectual property
Orstrax LLC owns Orderflow and related software. You keep rights in your store content and customer data.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
